(to the) I read the role of the secretary in an organitation.I would like to point out that their role is very important because is a work with too much responsability, confidenciality, tact and(sound) able to make important decisions. Also the role of a secretary is important because is the face of a company.

In my opinion, I think that (the) secretariaes are not valued as they deserve (it) by the people.
I think that secretaries should be recognized (them) during all the year(s) not only in their day or the week (of them).
Some people believe (create=verbo crear) that the dismissals to the secretaries do not correspond since they are a (pilar=no existe en inglés) fundamental part inside a company.
