My name is Jacqueline Pérez, my nationality is chilean. I agree with you entirely in your text related to "The role of a secretary in an Organization". In my opinion Mr. Winslow so do I think that (the role of a secretary in an organization) the secretaries' celebration must be more frecuent in countries like Chile. In my country we only celebrate the day of the secretary in one day, knowing that a secretary is (a) the most important person in an enterprise.
