I could`t agree more. That is true. The secretary is the most important person in the whole company and their dismisses are unnecessary(innecesary).Since they are able to just take control when the boss is not in the office and many times they find the solution of the most of the problems in the company.
To lead a secretary must be an excellent communicator and organizational person.
